Goals for the week:

  • Continue brainstorming ideas for game
  • Discuss game review aspects
  • Discuss report/presentation
  • Discuss mini-games


Summary of the week:

    Due to scheduling issues, only one meeting was held last week, making this week's summary shorter than usual. With that said, the one meeting that was held was very productive. The group continued brainstorming mini-games for the XR game. While most mini-games were good, some mini-games need improvement. The group also spent the meeting dividing up the work for the upcoming assignments. The meeting concluded with the group deciding what talking points would be brought up in the next sponsor meeting.

Goals for next week:

  • Discuss requirements matrix
  • Work on presentation assignment
  • Work on project modeling assignment

The first task of the week was to assign jobs to each team member.  James Evans was assigned the jobs of writing the meeting agendas, and calling meetings. Devin Ryan  was given the jobs of taking meeting notes, and contacting the sponsor, Ms. Beth, when needed. Scott  Swiatek was designated as the group's blog writer. Goals of the week: Work on tasks Summary of the week:      With one week left before finals, the group diligently works on finalizing the project. During the prior week, Devin worked on the documentation of scripts, variables, and functions within the project. At the same time, James worked on the timer for minigames, calculated the bonuses, and created the camera functions. Unfortunately, Scott was unable to do significant work on the project during the week. Goals for next week: Finalize the project

Goals of the week: Work on project tasks Summary of the week:      Unfortunately, only Devin was able to work on the project during the prior week. Scott had two school projects due around the same time and needed to dedicate his time to them. James was also unable to work on the project because of social commitments that he had to uphold. However, he was able to update the project spreadsheet. Meanwhile, Devin was able to add the changes he made over the past two weeks to the project. The main focus of these changes is the Save System, the Currency System, and the functions used to calculate the durability loss of structures. Goals for next week: Continue working on project tasks
